Treating each person as an individual - whether you're a complete novice, or you've ridden a bike before. Based in Bognor Regis only 7 miles from Chichester, Thomas Training can sort out your CBT, 125 Training, Direct Access or Back to Biking if you've had a break from it. Ask yourself...
- Do I concentrate properly and avoid distractions?
- Do I judge speed and distance accurately?
- Do I react early to hazards?
- Do I position my bike to improve my view?
- Do I ride decisively yet with reasonable restraint?
- Do I know what's happening behind me at all times?
- Do I link observations to plan my moves?
- Can I always stop in the distance I can see to be clear?
- Do I use accelerations sense?
- Is my braking smooth and progressive?
- Are all my gear changes smooth and timely? and all my controls?
- Do I use mirrors and signals correctly and effectively?
- Do I ride with confidence and deliberation?
- Am I always aware of changing road surfaces?
- Do I read the road ahead and anticipate?
- Do I see and obey all road signs and markings?
- Do I maintain safety with progress?
